In order for this thriving business to continue growing, they needed to improve their wastewater treatment process. Gaia hired PurposeEnergy to design and build a metaDigesterTM dedicated to the treatment of herbal supplement wastewater. Treated waste streams include plant residuals and alcohol used in the extraction process. This project was commissioned in February, 2020.
