Legacy Project: Waste-to-Energy Solution
The anaerobic digestion facility at Dogfish Head Brewery in Milton, Delaware represents a landmark achievement in brewery waste-to-energy conversion. Commissioned in March 2015, this system features a 1,000,000-gallon bioreactor designed to process brewing and distilling waste streams generated on site.
