Franklin Foods, Vermont Resource Recovery Center. This is another project awarded a 20 year Offtake Agreement through the 2019 Vermont Standard Offer process. The digester will be built on the property of Franklin Foods, a regional cream cheese production leader. It will produce up to 710 kW of renewable electricity from food waste. Construction will occur in 2023 following issuance of all permits.
