Danone, Minster, Ohio, USA,  Our newest design is for Danone, a world leader of essential dairy and plant based products. Purpose Energy is developing an anaerobic pre-treatment system in Minster, OH to treat the byproducts of yogurt production at Danone’s largest U.S. yogurt manufacturing plant. Once installed, this system will enable a significant increase in yogurt production. Biogas produced from yogurt residuals will be available to Danone to fuel on-site equipment such as boilers, to reduce reliance on Natural Gas and improve the plant’s carbon footprint.
