Danone, Minster, Ohio, USA,  Our newest design is for Danone, a world leader of essential dairy and plant based products. Danone hired PurposeEnergy to develop an anaerobic pre-treatment system to treat the byproducts of yogurt production at their largest U.S. yogurt plant.  Once installed, this system will enable a significant increase in yogurt production.  Biogas produced from yogurt residuals will fuel on-site boilers, reducing the company’s reliance on Natural Gas while improving the plants carbon footprint.
