Jason Bond serves as Vice President of Operations at PurposeEnergy, bringing more than 20 years of proven leadership across industrial and renewable energy sectors. Since joining in 2023, he has spearheaded the creation of a safety-first operations team that drives the commissioning and performance optimization of multiple CNG and RNG facilities.
Throughout his career, Jason has specialized in equipment management, operations, and maintenance—always with a laser focus on reliability, safety, and operational efficiency. His strategic vision and technical depth make him essential to tailoring anaerobic digestion systems to the specific waste streams of each client and maximizing system uptime and output.
Jason earned a vocational degree in Heavy Equipment and Diesel Mechanics from Hibbing Technical College, a bachelor’s degree in Business Management (emphasis in analysis), and an MBA from Rasmussen University. Known for his collaborative, “lead-from-the-floor” leadership style, Jason invests in mentoring high-performing teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. When not working, he enjoys life with his multilingual wife and family.
